Hello, It's been a while. I have been busy thinking about life and my next steps in life. So far I have been living two work worlds. One an office job, and one my creative Zentangles and Quilting. So which world provides me with the most satisfaction and challenge? I am sure you already know the answer because this blog is about creativity. But the question in my mind is, is quilting, drawing and creating enough for me? Simply, No. And so my life is veering off in another direction. My plan is to go back to school and expand my knowledge and experience into the world of therapy - art, creative, speaking, spiritual...

This will be an immense change in my life, but I am excited about change and challenge. Health is so much more than being free from sickness, having a healthy weight, no chronic diseases... health is about being able to meet your life with a peaceful mind, body and spirit. It is being able to find fulfillment and satisfaction whether you are living in a bachelor apartment, or in a large yourself... with a significant other...
